How To Access Donation Receipts

Step-by-step guide on how donors can view & print giving receipts.

All one-time and monthly donors receive an automatic email/e-receipt from Harness acknowledging their donation, thanking them for their support, and offering quick links to make additional gifts and/or changes within their personal Donor Dashboard.

What Can I Customize?

You can customize each of these elements here. πŸ‘‡

  • Organization Name

  • Organization Logo

  • Organization Colors

  • Organization Cover Photo

  • Organization EIN

All donors who have created a donor profile/have a Contact card, can also log into their personal Donor Dashboard through any of your Harness donation pages or email receipts to view & print their giving history via these steps: πŸ‘‡

  1. Log into your personal Donor Dashboard

  2. Choose the person icon in the upper right-hand corner

  3. Select "Donation History"

  4. Select "View Receipt"

  5. Select "Print This Receipt"

*These giving receipts can only account for online donations made through Harness and do not reflect a comprehensive end-of-year tax receipt for all donations given to your organization. We recommend importing Harness donor/donation data into your CRM/donor management system to process full end-of-year tax acknowledgments or letters.
